From the intensification in the power system performance Flexible in the AC Transmission System (FACTS) plays a pivotal character. Many concerns in power system study were effectuated retorted by FACTs. The harmonized parameters of Thyristor controlled series capacitor (TCSC) were prototyped with Genetic algorithm, weight improved particle swarm algorithm and whale optimization Algorithm. For the ultimate aim of this duty, transmission power failure, inauguration costs of devices and line indices were reduced. The viability of the algorithms is shown and confirmed in the Test System-I, Test System-II and III. To show the proficiency of WAO over WIPSO and GA, the results perpetrated from WAO are contrasted with WIPSO and GA.
