Vyom is a 7.05 acre residential complex
located in the Southern part of the city
of Kolkata. This part of the city is very
densely populated by smaller mid-level
high residential development. With
the byelaws asking for 20% mandatory
green, master plan provides for 1.41 acre
thick green area. This green spread over
the length and breadth of plot has the
capacity to contribute to the biodiversity
of the entire neighborhood which is
devoid of organized greens. A notified
mandatory but dry 0.5 acre pond on
the plot was another added boon to the
landscape development.
