The International Journal of Geotechnics and Environment is a peer-reviewed journal. New techniques are being rapidly developed and applied in the field of Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering. International Journal of Geotechnics and Environment provides an up-to-date reference to the engineers and researchers engaged in geotechnical and environmental engineering. The journal is intended for an expeditious dissemination of interdisciplinary research and new developments in the broad areas of geotechnical and environmental engineering to encourage collaboration and to address the multifaceted nature of problems. The topic areas included are engineering design, modeling, application and behaviour of soils and rocks, solid wastes, contaminated materials, recycled geomaterials, hazardous waste, mine tailings, Industrial waste, Bio-medical wastes, geosynthetics, contaminants transport, control and monitoring of air, water and soil pollution. Theoretical papers are welcomed, but there should be a clear and significant potential for practical application of the theory. Papers dealing with case histories and field performance are equally weighted and encouraged.
