Summary, etc. Injection moulding is very common plastic processing method for converting raw material plastic to finished product but complex parts have ejection problem. There are problems of ejection in all mobile covers after manufacturing, so, now days, it is performed manually or automatically by robot arm. This robotic arm is very costly, so for that, this automatic mobile cover ejecting mechanism can be used for ease of ejecting mobile cover at low cost and also reduce the cycle time. Machine taken was T-Slot series-80 in injection moulding machines; for experiment and mechanism, material taken was ASTM A36 mild/low carbon steel. Experimental investigation was based on to create automatic mechanism for ejection of mobile cover and elimination of manual ejection. This mechanism operates by moment of clamping unit without any external power. Analyses and testing of mechanism were carried out for proper working of this machine and mechanism.
