Summary, etc. This paper aims to offer an efficient solution to utilize unused Marking Nutshells as fuel. Conventional fuels like wood and coal are commonly used for heating water. These may be consumed directly to heat water. Marking Nut (Bibba Shells) is an alternative to conventional fuels for heating water because it is widely available. At some places, people have started using Marking Nutshells as fuel in water boiling as it consists with a large amount of oil. These shells are a good source of energy as they contain 30% of oil by weight. Traditional way of burning these shells having three stone chulha or cookstove which is a very inefficient process. People are demanding for a solution in which these Marking Nut shells will utilize for regular household water heating. Solution should be cost effective, sturdy and highly efficient. In this system, the pipe is connected at one end to the cold water supply, and another end is connected to the hot-water delivery pipe. For most heating equipment, a large amount of the heat supplied is wasted in the form of exhaust or flue gases. These losses depend on various factors associated with the design and operation of the heating equipment. It was found that the Calorific Value of Bibba is 20820.69 KJ/Kg. Thermal efficiency of the device using Wood is 42.77 %, whereas using Bibba is 44.11 %. Hence it is found that Bibba is more efficient than Wood.
