A study was carried out in order to develop optimum combinations of repair composite for the repair and rehabilitation of distressed reinforce concrete (RC) structures. The study comprises of two phases viz. phase I and II. In phase I, the optimisation of mineral admixed composites using taguchi's technique was performed. The results were analysed using ANOVA and the optimum mineral admixed composites with better performance in strength was used in phase II which deals with the evaluation of synergistic effect of mineral admixtures with chemical admixtures.
