Summary, etc. | he constant influx of people into cities demands the provi- sion and up-gradation of better infrastructure facilities. These take the shape of urban design or planning projects, along the mobility corridors, more so in the case of twin cities, where two cities are dependent on each other for development. The introduction of dedicated transit lines like Bus Rapid Transport System (BRTS) corridors is expected to bring in development changes within the radius of influence- areas which could be taken up for maximum usage of the new investment. Development focus is generally on the 3 Ds - density, diversity, and design. This paper analyses the project with its strategies of the development plan introduced along with the BRTS corridor. |
