Summary, etc. construction industry is currently dealing with a number of major issues. There is a scarcity of river sand, and the vast amount of energy produced in cement production, releases free CO2 into the atmosphere, resulting in an increase in the usage of manufactured sand and pozzolanic material in concrete. Long transporting of concrete is essential in hilly topographical building. Concrete flow properties are directly affected and become stiff at the time of casting in situations such as transporting concrete from the inner mixing plant to outskirts site work, road construction in lengthy tunneling work, and manual transportation of concrete by labor, and in several conditions, concrete is rejected by engineers. The paper discusses effects of replacing cement with 20% of silica fumes and partially replacing natural sand with manufactured sand in the context of shear and impact strength of retempered concrete. The work demonstrates that the shear and impact strengths for retempered concrete made by 20% substitute of cement by silica fume with additional 5% cement and water are increased up to 60 min of retempering time.
