520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Textbook resources on the analysis of drugs of abuse are currently very limited and some of the resources available (that is United Nations texts, US Drug Enforcement Administration Training Manual) are not readily available to the general public due to their restricted distribution. There is therefore a need for a book that could be used in many teaching programmed in pharmaceutical analysis, forensic sciences and analytical chemistry. Current books are also either too simplistic or are more of a reference, whereas this proposed book gives more practical information, such as on how to carry out the analysis, what the results of the analyses mean and how the results can be used as court evidence and for drugs intelligence purposes. This book also presents the recent new developments which have taken place in sampling and drug profiling
