Summary, etc. The use of nanoparticles can imporve the cooling ability of a spiral coil. By adding certain nanoparticles (NPs) toa a base fluid a nanofluid (NF) is created and can cause the coil toe implement greater efficencies at heating or cooling. Nanoparticles are added to water, which acts as the base fluid; then they stay in supension in the base fluid instead of mixing in and producing a nanofluid. Depending on the nanofluid, the heat transfer ability can greatly increase. Through the use of the software program; ANSYS, the ability of analysis of different nanoparticles were tested to seehow well they dissipate heat through a spiral coil.
