Publisher: New Delhi Journals Pub 2019Edition: Vol.5(1), Jan-Jun.Description: 12-17p.Subject(s): EXTC EngineeringOnline resources: Click here In: International journal of VLSI design and technologySummary: Mostly, life on earth is supported by the ultimate source of energy i.e the sun, so nowadays it is becoming necessary to use the maximum amount of energy from solar panels. In that also, most of the solar power system is fixed -mounted solar panels. This results in low efficiency of power generation. Thus, the area of solar panels has to increase in order to meet the electricity demand for the equipment. In this context, they are specially designed sun trackers (a device for efficiency improvement), an all-weather automatic solar tracking method was proposed, which combined the photoelectric detection and the solar trajectory tracking made together. The method made use of a sunlight intensity sensor; in order to estimate the weather conditions firstly. Then it utilized a solar position sensor and a solar trajectory algorithm to determine the change in solar position. This method could effectively track the sun stability and accurately with the weather.
