Material taken is stainless steel SS304 for experiment having thickness 0.5 mm. Experimental investigation of real time temperature measurement and thermal cycle is evaluated by Arduino-PLX DAQ data acquisition software to hardware connection mechanism which is connected with thermocouple. Real time data acquisition of temperature is carried out by various connections of Arduino circuit to mechanical sensors.
