Tensile, Compression, Flexural and Impact test were conducted to find the effectiveness of filler material in the Hybrid fiber composite. Here Carbon fiber and Flax fiber used as a reinforcement for Hybrid composite and polyester resin was used. Filler material used for this experiment is copper powder of 200 Microns. Composites were prepared with 3% filler and without filler with compression molding machine. Tensile, Compression and Flexural test were conducted in UTM. From the result it is evident that copper filler affects the mechanical properties of the Carbon-Flax Fiber Hybrid composite
