Then, single-factor experiments are carried out on these factors to obtain the optimal values. On this basis, the response surface analysis is conducted by using the regression analysis software Design-Expert 11.0 to find out the optimal parameter group of cone thorn and optimize the briquetting parameters. It is found that after cold briquetting, the pressure of cold briquetting machine, the particle size of raw materials and the moisture content have a significant effect on the stability. Taking sawdust as an example, under a raw material size of 10 mm and a moisture content of 13.7%, the optimal parameters of pressure and holding time obtained through software analysis are 27 MPa and 11 s, respectively. After selecting the above parameters for pressure test, the actual average density of briquettes is 0.846t/m3, and the relaxation ratio is 2.8%.Thus, this method can be used to formulate the best process parameters of various materials under different conditions and make the material density changeless.
