Hexa peptide 10 has been prepared by the condensation of tetrapeptide acid and dipeptide amine by using standard coupling
reagents EDCI, HOBT and DIPEA. In the same method, terta peptide 8 has also been prepared from the acid of dipeptide 6 and
amine salt of dipeptide 7 in dichloromethane. Dipeptide 5 has been prepared from the unnatural amino acid which is prepared from
D-Glucose and Xyloses. NMR spectral data of peptides indicates presence of secondary structure in peptides.
