In addition,it analyses the difficulties and optimal strategies linked to the effective implementation of reverse mentoring programmes. In the pursuit of maintaining competitiveness and creating inclusivity, organisations are increasingly seeing the value of reverse mentoring as an effective mechanism for bridging generational divides, facilitating knowledge transfer, and cultivating a culture of ongoing development.
