The parameters used are based on broad areas like, security, energy utilisation, etc. The method being generic, any number of relevant parameters can be added. The method forms a basic framework for rating the ICT systems in Star rating of the Intelligent Building. The method has determined a minimum basic score that various star ratings would have. The method was tested in four different building projects in India. This methodology will help both the developers and the customer.
