The binding nature of the compounds with DNA analyzed using UV-spectroscopy revealed the compounds to be DNA intercalators demonstrating the binding nature of compounds with DNA base pairs. This study is aimed at establishing a facile UV spectroscopic technique to arrive at the binding mode of DNA to ligands.Item type | Current location | Call number | Status | Date due | Barcode | Item holds |
