Polymer materials are proved to be suitable to fabricate the microfluidic devices. These polymer microfluidic devices have wide applications in industry. SU-8, PMMA and PDMS are the most common polymers in this purpose. Hot embossing, injection molding, soft lithography, laser photoablation, and X-ray lithography, are the most common methods to fabricate the polymer microfluidic devices.
