This research uses Arena Simulation as a tool to find the average waiting times that a car spends in the car service. This study attempts to investigate and suggest the best possible configuration for a car service center through constructing computer-based simulation models. As the result of this study, the final suggested configuration shows improvement in terms of average utilization rate of every process and average waiting time that a car spends in the car service.
