We use lector technique to reduce leakage parameter in the circuit. The simulation has been performed using H-spice software at 32nm technology. Schmitt trigger is used to convert analog signals to digital signals, i.e., it converts any kind of wave at input to square wave at output. Power Dissipation and Propagation Delay is desirable to be minimized for better performance of 6CNT-based Schmitt trigger. In proposed technique, leakage control transistors (a p-type and a n-type) have been introduced within the circuit of Schmitt trigger in which the gate terminal of each leakage-controlled transistor (LCT) is controlled by the source of other. Hence, the need of self-controlled and external circuit is no longer required. The significant feature of lector technique is that it effectively works in both active and standby modes.
