In diagnostic test measurement, we check the insulation quality of power transformer. Transformer insulation quality is tested by insulation resistance test, tan delta and dissipation factor testing. In this article, we discussed about transformer tan delta test and comparison of transformer tan delta test result of after and before overhauling process.
