It can be any building, site or structure that acquires significance on a local, regional, national or international scale. As a result, such locations provide us with a vivid picture of the rule, culture, and faith of changing times that particular area embraced throughout the ages, thus creating a connection between generations, thereby shedding light on our ancestors and their traits. Architecture is deeply rooted in Indian culture, religion, and history. Once upon a time, India was known for its significant monuments and other historical structures. These vintage historical structures hold an important part in our history of human evolution. Each city has its own identity. It may get buried by intensive development and expansion of the city. For instance, Vapi city in Gujarat, India. Due to the rapid industrialization of the city, these structures were left unused. Many of these are on the verge of degradation. Therefore, now is the right time to revive these historical structures. Reactivating these spaces can be accomplished through small associate functions or architectural interventions. There is an urgent need to work on their preservation and reactivation. | ||
