520 _aLaser micro-fabrication has formed advanced patterns of nanomaterials without employing a mask system. Syntheses in favour and disfavour of toxic chemicals have been contravened by laser methods. Both unhygienic as well hygienic productions often have not been feasible by wet chemical methods, otherwise, schemes that are incapable of producing nanomaterials have been suggested by laser methods. Remote provisioned laser synthesis methods in solution environments have commonly used targets as precursors, otherwise avoiding the use of toxic reagents. Nanomaterials with smaller particle sizes have been obtained through the regulation of laser power, laser wavelength, laser focal length, and laser pulse width, and laser frequency. Additional advents are thermal treatment or annealing process used for nanomaterial synthesis, in lieu of, thermal treat applicability by a furnace at a high temperature based on material formation thermodynamics. Disadvantages in some treatments of analysis are time-consuming, high thermal power and energy loss with sample dimensions.
