520 _aTransportation has been one of the most problematic issues in rural areas. In rural areas heavy vehicles are not used for short distances, as it is not economical. The daily-wage workers cannot afford the heavy transportation vehicles like trucks, vans. In this research work, this problem can be eliminated by a proper design of freight tricycle with a proper arrangement of trolley for carrying goods and other transportation goods. The conceptual design of model is taken from manually operated tricycle. A modification is done in the chassis and manually operated trolley of tricycle which reduces the human effort and very easy to manufacture it. This tricycle can be drive by both male and female which make it very easy to drive. The proper and systematic design and analysis of tricycle is done on Siemen NX 10 SOFTWARE AND ANSYS Workbench to perform structural analysis.
