| Summary, etc. | Bearings are one of the mostly used machine parts. Their rolling motion makes mostly all movements easier and they help in reducing friction. Industries manufacture many types of bearings, each used for different purpose. Bearing manufacturing companies are mostly semi-automatic or automatic. Now days all bearing companies minimize the maximum establishing cost and running cost for their unit. For reduction of both costs they must choose best method and process for manufacturing bearing. Automatic boll element feed mechanism for ball bearing assembly can impact these both costs instead of using computer operated system. This mechanism can automatically feed balls in ball bearing between outer race and inner race during an assembly. This mechanism is designed in that way so that it can operate by cam system with proper timing.<br/> |
