Results and Discussion: In the present study, qualitative study of<br/>the phytochemicals present in the each sample was determined, antimicrobial activities and shelf life study<br/>were carried out. Conclusion: The present study open door for the application of phytochemical extracts<br/>against new emerging pandemics related to microbes present in air, water and soil.
