Power saving in the design of these new appliances is also a challenge. There are different models of smart fan which can operate at low power having their own merits and demerits. Most of those models work with low power and can control speed automatically with surrounding temperature as a parameter. In this paper, an IoT-enabled innovative smart fan operating on real feel algorithm suitable for smart homes has been developed. Since it is IoT-enabled and works on real feel algorithm, the newly developed fan has some unique superior features different from existing products.
