Summary, etc. Brushless DC (BLDC) motors have harvested significant attention in various industrial, commercial, and consumer applications owing to their high efficiency, low maintenance, and robust performance characteristics. This paper presents design and testing of an efficient BLDC motor in accordance with IEC 61000-4-11 standard. The detailed analysis of the circuit and PCB design of an efficient BLDC motor is presented. The various kind of test like input characteristics test, Safety test, EMI/EMC test and reliability test are performed to check performance of BLDC fan motor PCB. The designed BLDC fan motor shows excellent performance, with power consumption rising from 3.13 W to 32.49 W and the power factor improving from 0.52 to 0.99 as speed increases. The significant THD reduction from 58.51% to 3.87% highlights superior power quality. These results affirm the motor's suitability for various real-world applications
