Efficient Energy Management in Wireless Sensor Network

By: Contributor(s): Publication details: New Dlhi Journals Pub 2018Edition: Vol.4(2), Jul-DecDescription: 17-23pSubject(s): Online resources: In: International journal of digital communication and analog signalsSummary: This paper studies the impact of node heterogeneity of wireless sensor networks that are hierarchically clustered in terms of energy. Some nodes, in this network become cluster head and aggregate the data of fellow clusters and then transmit it to the sink. It is expected that a level of the number of inhabitants in sensor hubs is outfitted with extra vitality assets this is a wellspring of heterogeneity which may result from the underlying setting or as the activity of the system advances. As compared to the traditional leach process, the efficiency is improved in LEACH MAC protocols when applied to heterogeneous networks.
