Sociology for Pharmacists: An Introduction is written specifically for professionals and students in pharmacy who are newcomers to the study of sociology. About the Authors:

Kevin Taylor is a Reader at the School of Pharmacy, University of London. He is a pharmacist with extension experience in undergraduate pharmacy teaching.

Sarah Nettleton is a Senior Lecturer in social policy at the University of York. As well as teaching on health related aspects of sociology and social policy to social science students she has taught health professionals.
Geoffrey Harding is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of General Practice and Primary Care, Barts and the London, Queen Mary’s School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of London. He is a sociologist, who has taught the social context of health and health care to undergraduate and postgraduate vocational students from medicine, nursing and pharmacy.
