Assessment of TQM dimensions in Indian organizations: a systematic literature review

This review utilizes a critical study of literature retrieved through multiple databases such as Emerald, Taylor and Francis, Elsevier, Inderscience, ProQuest ABI/Inform and Search engine Google Scholar. The articles from year 2001 to 2020 were reviewed in a systematic manner and some significant points such as period wise publication, Pareto analysis were considered. The study of 61 Research Papers resulted in a list of 47 Critical Success Factors that were identified and classified in downward order using Pareto analysis and 18 vital few CSFs were finally identified.
