Pharmaceutical Technology series has been brought as two volumes for the convenience of students considering the division of subject under AICTE Syllabus for B.Pharm. courses. The scope of the subject covered in each chapter has been expanded beyond the B.Pharm. syllabus so as to cater the knowledge for PG students in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance as well. The subject has been dealt with emphasis on practical understanding in formulation and the manufacture like raw material availability in the market, their commercial names and examples of marketed products in addition to theoretical understanding of the subject.
