It has been a determining factor of the progress of human civilization. it is a reflection of the human capabilities, by and large as a liberating force, tasters growth, social equality and technological progress. The Chinese philosopher confucius stated that the goal of education was to produce men of quality who combined competence with virtue. thus quality is multidimensional and through higher education it strives to develop human resources of global standards. 
In the present situation, it seems that higher education mismatches the industrial requirements and leads to maximum unemployable graduates.
