<br/><br/> The paper presents an empirical evaluation of two widely adopted open-source monitoring tools, Zabbix and Nagios Core. The comparison focuses on usability, functionality and overall effectiveness. The findings reveal that Zabbix is consistently rated higher by users, particularly for its ease of use and extensive feature set, making it a preferred choice for modern infrastructure monitoring in diverse business environments.
