Antibacterial evaluation and QSAR studies of 1,2,3-triazole bridged with amide functionalities

Antimicrobial activities of the synthesized triazoles have been used for QSAR studies to find correlation between different calculated molecular descriptor and biological activity of compounds by multiple linear regression procedure.
