Therapeutic drug monitoring of olanzapine: Easy and reliable method for clinical correlation

Serum drug amount was estimated by normal‑phase high‑performance liquid chromatography and brief psychiatry rating scale was used to determine disease progression. RESULTS: Samples provided 61 patients, 40 were under sub‑therapeutic range, 18 were under therapeutic range and 3 were above the therapeutic range.
