UV spectrophotometric method development and validation for the determination of nirmatrelvir antiviral drug in bulk and its in-house formulation

Measure the absorbance of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60µg/ml drug solution and measure the maximum absorbance at 210 nm with a blank control. Then draw a graph from the concentration on the X-axis and the absorbance on the Y-axis to get a straight line. Validation parameters such as linearity, precision, specificity, LOD and LOQ, accuracy and robustness were evaluated according to ICH guidelines.
