Based on potential antioxidant property, compounds 3c, 3e, 3h, 3i, and 3l have been screened for in vivo anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity. Molecular docking studies have also been carried out to balance the bioactivity results. From these results it is evident that the compound 3c shows potential anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity.
