The driving force of construction management and single project management issues are undeniably dependent on challenges of multi project environment in any large scale construction company. These challenges are prerequisite for various important strategies. Such prolific strategies are vital and are needed to expand opportunities and capacity for sustainable growth. Characteristics of challenges lead to finding dynamic decisions for managing and improving such strategies in multi project as well as corporate management. The present research paper explores characteristics and effectiveness of twelve foremost challenges, which are severally found in multi project environment of any large-scale construction company, containing multiple construction projects in different regions with dissimilar circumstances. Standing positions of these challenges are also compared with each other in the paper. The analysis approach entails Kruskal Wallis statistical analysis, appraised by experienced multi project and corporate managers of the large-scale construction companies of India.
